Aluminium / alumina
We process and sell products from a range of third-party aluminium and alumina producers. These products include bauxite, which is the world's main aluminium ore; alumina (an oxide derived from the processed ore); primary aluminium; and aluminium alloys.
Uses
Aluminium As a lightweight but strong metal, aluminium is widely used in cars, planes and trains, and in recyclable food packaging such as cans and foil. In construction, it is used in window and doorframes, roofs, facades and curtain walls-for example, in buildings such as skyscapers.
Iron Ore
The most common iron ores are hematite (Fe2O3) and magnetite (Fe3O4). Iron ore can be used as a source of iron for the manufacturing of various products, like chemicals, food, medicines and water treatment.
